Auction or clearance items are not defective but neither in our service nor warranty program. Sometimes, we are consignees and are asked to liquidate according to the time frame we signed on. Thus, we can't longer inventory these items as a legal matter. Clearance and auction items can't be returned and have no warranty, so they are significantly discounted.
